About My Mission

The mission of this blog:

Using truth as a weapon and staff, my mission is to inspire the good within people, and within myself, in the hopes of activating a wave of inspiration. For if I inspire just one person to good, it is as if I have inspired all of mankind to good.

But what does all this actually mean? And what has inspired this mission in the first place? It boils down to two factors: inspiration and truth.

The Holy Quran states in chapter 5, verse 32:

If anyone saves a life, it shall be as though they had saved the lives of all mankind.

This verse contains within it many lessons and hides much wisdom and truths. However, the logic behind it is simple. A single human being is not just one person. A single person is far more since that person contains the entire branch of humanity that stems from them. One person can have children, and those children have children, and so on. Therefore, just a single human being can extend a long family branch of countless people afterwards.

When Cain killed Abel, in essence, he killed half of Humanity since he rid posterity of that entire family branch. On the other hand, in saving a single life, one reaps the benefits of the entire branch, not just the life of that one single person.

With this same logic in place, one deduces that inspiring just a single human being to make a better version of themselves, it is the same as inspiring all of humanity to do so.

Another key factor comprising the mission of this blog is truth. As The Holy Bible tells us about the truth in John 8:32:

Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

And the truth can indeed set you free; Our power elites, the owners of wealth, the 1 percenters, whatever name you’d like to give them, spend trillions of dollars and huge swaths of unimaginable resources just to hide the truth. Why? They do so in order to keep us enslaved to their lies, and with it, keeping us enslaved to the system that exploits us and serves them. Especially in today’s age of fake news and untrustworthy mass media, the truth is more important than ever.

In addition, the truth is not just a weapon against evil, but it is also a staff for good. As the Holy Bible Says, this time in 1 John 3:18:

Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.

This is a beautiful verse as it shows how truth can be an expression of love. Besides, when our Lord created Adam, what was it that differentiated us from the angels He created? It was knowledge, which is the purest form of truth.

And with these 2 factors, inspiration and truth, came the mission of this blog. I hope and pray that God allows this mission to be fulfilled even in part, for if we inspire just a single person to good, it’s as if we have inspired all of mankind.

Peace and God bless.
